Nice Location,comfort, design!
No staff at the reception!! almost at the room behind !!! was boring to wait everytime i want to ask, or need service! Important to smile to your visitors, however they are! and give so maney informations about the hotels services breakfast, internet, fitness.etc so we as guests feel that we are welcome! I would like to recommend the hotel to other travellers, but you need much better service!
The location. You can't beat the views from the sun deck, and the proximity to the beach was perfect. the gym was also perfect sized for a quick trip
My room over looked rather tatty/council flats, so for the money I would have expected a better view (or a plain wall would have been better) Breakfast could be better, needs more variety, and fresh juices and coffee versus from a machine
I like the aprtment style of the hotel - gives a flexible living space compared to the traditional hotel bedroom.
Beautiful view from balcony. Just walked and relaxed after viewing Rome, Florence and Umbria.
Wireless internet only availble in the lobby. The room was very warm, ac did not seem to be working.Shuttle from hotel for 4 people was 50 euros. Airport was only 15 minutes away.
Nice hotel. Decor modern, good. Hotel beside beach. Staff courteous.
Nice hotel but few services available in mid-September, when we stayed there (2011). For example, no restaurant (closed) even though this is not stated on any booking form or hotel literature that we saw before booking. Also, very hard to get even a coffee in the hotel (though desk clerk offered to 'turn on the coffee machine' as a favour to us). Room rate is too high for a hotel that is operating on skeleton services (essentially 'room only'). We feel to some degree cheated as we could have stayed in another hotel with more services - at a lower rate, though not quite as conveniently located. We booked Aran Blu primarily because it is advertised as having a restaurant, and second being close to beach. This hotel - and hotels in general - need to be more up-front about what is offered and not offered. Often, by the time a guest arrives, it is too late to change to an alternative hotel.
The view of the ocean, although only half the rooms have that view; the other ones face apartment buildings.
In their website they say they have a shuttle service. This is not true!! And the staff at the hotel would not accept a complain about it. I had to get taxis from the airport to the hotel and back which were very expensive!!! Although I tried to get a room facing the beach/ocean, I got a room facing an apartment with a guy walking almost naked and smoking all the time (not a very nice view).
I liked the clean and modern rooms
The location, close to the marina, the beach and the airport. Nice large balcony.
The rooftop terrasse restaurant was close...for reparation??? The carpet in our room was dirty, should be replace.
The vuew from the balcony was beautiful. Very close to the airport and the ancient port city of rome.
Location, Location, Location - view on the sea for a reasonable price. Well stocked mini-bar.
English speaking tourists generally require fridge and tee/coffee making ability in room. This hotel has fridge but no kettle/tee of coffee making ability.
Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Located right across the road from the beach/marina. Good choice for breakfast and certainly value for money.
The hotel is set at one end of the resort near the marina which has a few shops and restaurants. It was a 30 minute walk to the main centre, although the frequent bus service is only Euro 1.50. We would have preferred the location nearer to the centre of the resort with more choice for eating out.
We have staid already several times in this hotel which is close to the Rome airport, therefore excellent location to get to the airport without traffic jams, especially when leaving in the morning. Beside that the hotel is nicely located beside the sea and you can stroll along the beach for many kilometers. It would be also good to go to downtown Rome with a train. We had a room with a sea view. The room was good. Breakfast is good as well, however, there could be a nicer choice of bread, also dark bread.
The Ethernet connection did not work, and the wlan only works in the public hotel areas, which is a slight disadvantage. Price is sligthly on the high side.
the staff checked us in early after we had travelled for over 24 hours. we slept for 4 hours and still had the day to explore the beach
Location is very good and buses are easy to find, and close to the Hotel. Cleanliness of the room and the modern design of furniture is a remarkable point. It is a new beach hotel, for those who like the seaside, enjoying modern structures.
Breakfast was not included in the daily rate, contrarily to most of the hotels in Italy.
It was convenient to the Rome Airport and we were able to stay seaside for one more night before our trip home.
I would not stay in this area of the coast for any other reason than it was close to the Fiumicino airport in Rome. The beach was trashy and surrounding area did not feel safe.
